    Q.1 What is a Virtual Tour?

    A virtual tour is a simulation of an actuall existing location, composed of panoramic images and other multimedia elements such as sound effects, music, narration, and text.

    Q.1 What is the process of creating a Virtual Tour?

    Contact us to make an appointment for the Photography of the property. After one of our Professional Photographers has photographed your property, we will process your Virtual Tour per your requirements. We will then put the Virtual tour up for your private review. We will make any changes to assure your full satisfaction and publish the tour for online viewing.

    Q.2 How long does it take to get a Virtual Tour?

    Standard Virtual Tours usually take 7-14 business days from the day the shoot takes place. For more complex projects it depends on customer feedback time, features and options.

    Q.3 What are “Hotspots”?

    “Hotspots” are click able areas that allow users to get detailed close-ups and information on a particular product.

    Q.1 What Flash Player do my client's need installed in order to view the virtual tour?

    Currently, most of our virtual tours are created to be viewed with Flash Player 9 or higher. This version is currently already installed on 98% of computers worldwide. If a higher level player is required, the particular virtual tour will have an automatic upgrade test and installation for the user.

    Q.2 Can the layout of the virtual tour be changed after delivery?

    When developing the virtual tour, we custom design each tour to match your branding and accommodate any special requirements. If you need the design of your tour (after delivery) to be updated or changed we would be happy to take care of it for a nominal fee.
